Please note: The first version of Anxiety Control Training (ACT 1) should be downloaded and used weekly for 2-3 weeks until mastered before you move on to using this download). In ACT 2 you will learn how to initially relax your body and mind (identical to ACT 1), and then move on to think about a slightly stressful image or memory. The session then talks you through how to relax again and helps you practice how to return to that state of calm control.
